Cancellation by the organizer
The organizer may decide to cancel an outing in the event of force majeure (unavailability of a speaker, terrible weather, area closed to the public…) or in the event of an insufficient number of participants for group outings.
In this case, participants who have already registered will receive a full refund.
Cancellation by a participant
It is possible to cancel a reservation up to 7 days before the outing. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
Beyond the 7th day before release, no refunds are possible.
