A mountain bike or gravel bike tour to discover Versailles\u2026 from a natural perspective.<\/p>\n
The route starts at the Castle Park.<\/p>\n
After admiring the iconic views of the Grand Canal, we will explore the sources of the Ru du Gally, which we will then follow, in the castle park and beyond.<\/p>\n
We will cross the Pontaly Farm, and then continue in the Versailles plain, an agricultural heritage and refuge of biodiversity, as far as Rennemoulin.<\/p>\n
The return journey will then take place through the Versailles forest. We will walk alongside the bucolic ponds of La Mini\u00e8re (Ponds of Moulin \u00e0 Renard, Val d'Or and Geneste), an important natural site due to the variety of its aquatic birdlife and its invasive turtles, and then head back up to Satory to reach Versailles.<\/p>\n
We plan to stop at some notable points of interest to drink and eat.<\/p>\n
Accompaniment by a local and qualified cycling instructor to guarantee everyone's safety.<\/p>\n
